How Our Telephone Bid Sales Work

1. Written Bids: Accepted for approximately 30 days (forms provided).
2. Final Conference Call: The top three or four bidders are invited to participate.
3. Verification: Bidders are verified through bank introductions, eliminating the need for costly letters of credit.
4. Next Highest Bidder: If the highest bidder defaults, the sale defers to the next qualified bidder.

Commission: 8.4%–12.4%, split equally between buyer and seller.

Implementation Fee: $1,000 (for sellers only).

No Minimum Sale Price: Sellers may withdraw prior to the final call if bidding does not meet expectations.

Service Records: Buyers can review service history and speak with the owner.

Vehicle Inspections: Cars can be inspected in person or by a mechanic.

Test Drives: Available by appointment, weather and condition permitting.

Travel Assistance: We assist with travel and lodging arrangements for inspections.
